In line with the motto "From the industry for the industry", JITpay™ has developed an innovative solution to solve the problem of long payment periods in the industry.

Transport companies know the dilemma: invoices are paid too late and this causes financial burdens and uncertainties. As a financial service provider specialised in the transport industry, JITpay™ takes over the entire invoicing of services for the contractor. This is done using a specially developed financial product that enables transport companies to receive payouts of their receivables within 24-48 hours and clients to benefit from flexible payment terms. In addition to that, JITpay™ supports the entire invoice process, including reminders and debt collection. Invoices can be easily created and sent to clients via the portal, which minimises bureaucracy. With the hybrid fuel card integrated into the system and the toll billing service, transport companies are ideally supported by JITpay™.

JITinvoice

Easy creation of digital billing documents in the online "Invoice Center" with a multifunctional dashboard. Track the automatic billing after service fulfilment and upload delivery notes via SMS. Manage easily many credit notes to contractors and one invoice to the customer.

JITfuel

JITfuel offers a hybrid fuel card fully integrated into the JITpay™ system, enabeling "refuelling without collateral". Accepted at 15.000 patrol stations and 136.000 e-truck charging points across Europe. Each card is flexibly configurable and additionally equipped with cost control and fraud protection.

Mobility Services

What is factoring or a factoring company?

Factoring is a way for companies to sell their outstanding receivables from one or more deliveries of goods in order to obtain immediate liquidity. The full credit risk (default risk of the debtor) is taken by the financing institution.
A factoring company (here: JITpay™) is a so-called FACTOR, which buys an outstanding receivable from a customer, the DEBTOR, from another company (for example you), the CREDITOR. The creditor usually receives its outstanding debt from the factor, who then claims it from the debtor.

What are the advantages of a factoring service?

The benefits of factoring services include improved liquidity and cash flow optimisation, outsourcing of dunning and collection, and protection against bad debts. Furthermore, the balance sheet reduction and thus the increase in equity (credit rating improvement) is another advantage of factoring.

How can I use the factoring service and submit my invoice?

The precondition is that you are registered with Bosch L.OS and JITpay™. You can register with JITpay™ conveniently via the Bosch L.OS Marketplace. After you have been verified by JITpay™, you can use the factoring service at any time. Registration is completely free of charge.
Once the transport has been completed, you can easily upload the delivery receipt to the JITpay™ portal. JITpay™ creates the invoice and sends it to your client. JITpay™ does not charge for the invoice creation service.
