PRODUCT OVERVIEW

MANSIO's unique IT solution enables cross-company relay traffic.

Semi-trailers are handed over from one truck to another at designated parking spaces along the route. After this "trailer swap", the truck drivers return to their respective home regions with their own trucks and the swapped semi-trailers from the opposite direction.

The MANSIO transport system reduces the need for empty runs to find return loads and the inconvenience of searching for a parking space. The vehicles can be used very cost-effectively in a second shift and thus generate additional revenue. In future, the MANSIO trailer transfer system will also enable the use of battery-powered trucks with shorter ranges on certain sections of long-distance routes.

At the heart of the MANSIO transport system is a multi-tenant capable, cloud-based software. It integrates the transport data of various companies and suggests transports to the participating companies based on the matching principle. After successful "transport matching", our applications support the entire operational process - in particular order management, track & trace of tractor unit and trailer, physical handover of trailers and financial clearing - with all essential functionalities for dispatchers, truck drivers and commercial administrative staff.

The MANSIO transport system enables various applications. Small and medium-sized transport companies can carry out relay transports in cooperation. Large logistics companies with numerous subsidiaries can also use the MANSIO system as an in-house solution to identify possible relay transports in their network and carry them out in cooperation with their carriers.

It is also possible to use the MANSIO system with your own trailers or to access a neutral pool of trailers provided by MANSIO. This way, you don't have to worry about damage or returning your equipment.

MANSIO can be used in two ways: with your own trailers or with the neutral trailers of the MANSIO trailerpool incl. full-service package. In both cases, MANSIO offers a mobile app that supports truck drivers with the handling of transportation data, documents and the documentation of trailer damages.

The MANSIO system operates according to the principle "pay-as-you-save". We demand a monthly fee per subsidiary and another fee for every trailer handover, organized by our system. There are no investment costs for our customers. Overall, the cost of using the MANSIO transport system is a fraction of your potential savings.
