The neutral data exchange network, logistics.cloud, is designed to facilitate fast and transparent data exchange within the logistics sector, offering a simple, universal connection of systems through plug-and-play solutions.  


Customers benefit from access to an extensive network that includes most of the world’s logistics companies, and a marketplace designed to facilitate the exchange of applications and services amongst users.


Currently, almost all well-known digital services can be booked as add-ons, from spot booking a shipment to TMS integration, digital delivery notes and customs declarations to global visibility platforms, as well as electronic invoices. All these services are available on logistics.cloud with just a few clicks.

Our data is encrypted and hosted in Germany in accordance with EU regulations. 

logistics.cloud strives for continuous operation and responds as quickly as possible to error messages and general support requests. If business-critical processes require a different or particularly short response time, a separate service level agreement with logistics.cloud is required.
