Suvega Fleet offers a connected fleet mobility logistics-as-a-service (LaaS) platform to digitize and manage all or part of a fleet owner’s operations, making every step of the trip visible. The platform’s features and services work together to maximize fleet revenue and minimize expenses. This simple and intuitive application is available on web and mobile and is designed for real time fleet monitoring, focusing on safety of pilots and vehicles by providing alerts and notifications, reports, and advanced analytics.

Suvega Fleet is an intelligent, incorruptible economic and non-economic information sharing cloud solution that connects and distributes the transportation transactional information across all the stakeholders in the supply chain ecosystem.

The Transportation Management System (T.M.S.) allows for seamless connectivity between the pilots and vehicles giving complete transparency, using a plethora of data points such as real-time tracking, pilot performance and fuel efficiency indexing, and more, to create the most optimized trips.

Order Management System

Suvega’s O.M.S. handles the customer’s digital lifecycle to keep track of trip-related information and processes to simplify their trip management operations. Suvega aims to use these analytics to drive client-side automation by providing visual overview, which includes total trips, trip deviations, delivery orders, route optimization and E-Locks, and other trip analytics.

Inventory & Maintenance Management

Customers can monitor their equipment inventory, such as tires, fuel, and other accessories, for both vehicles and stores, using RFID and uniform product codes. Additionally, reports obtained from Multi-Point Vehicle Inspections (MPVI) enables accurate assessments for timely maintenance procedures.

Safety & Compliance Management

To ensure the safety and security of the assets, goods, pilots and vendors, organized documentation and operational supervision measures are implemented. Suvega’s Smart IoT Contracts and Electronic Proofs of Pick-up and Delivery (E-PoP/E-PoD) structure handles readily available information between all logistics’ stakeholders to prevent any inconsistencies.

Financing & Accounting

F&A is made easy with an integrated billing system that organizes invoices, vendor payments, pilot payments and ledgers. Suvega’s automated trip-based invoicing system alongside a proprietary payment gateway allows for a user-friendly system between all parties.
